活塞式(shi)液壓缸(gang)的工作原理

在允許的(de)情況下(xia),液壓(ya)缸的(de)缸體壁厚安(an)全(quan)系數盡(jin)量選大一些(xie),使(shi)缸體厚壁增加,特別是高壓(ya)工況下(xia)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)油缸,以減小油壓(ya)下(xia)的(de)缸體變形(xing),變形(xing)后的(de)缸體也會引起液壓(ya)缸低速爬行。
單桿活(huo)塞液壓缸(gang)(gang),由于(yu)無桿腔的(de)有(you)效工作面積(ji)(ji)大于(yu)有(you)桿腔的(de)有(you)效工作面積(ji)(ji),故當缸(gang)(gang)兩(liang)腔同時(shi)接(jie)(jie)通壓力油管時(shi),活(huo)塞(或(huo)缸(gang)(gang)體)仍能移動,這種(zhong)連接(jie)(jie)方式(shi)稱(cheng)為差(cha)動連接(jie)(jie).
差動連(lian)接時,有效工作(zuo)面(mian)積相當(dang)于活塞桿截面(mian)積,適用(yong)與輕載快速(su)場合.
伸縮式液壓缸
伸(shen)縮式(shi)液壓缸(gang)又叫多級(ji)缸(gang).它有單作用和雙作用兩種形式(shi).伸(shen)縮式(shi)液壓缸(gang)由兩個或多個活塞(sai)套(tao)裝而成,前(qian)級(ji)活塞(sai)缸(gang)的活塞(sai)是后級(ji)活塞(sai)缸(gang)的缸(gang)筒.這種液壓缸(gang)在各級(ji)活塞(sai)依(yi)次(ci)伸(shen)出(chu)時可(ke)得(de)到很(hen)(hen)大行程,但縮入(ru)后軸向尺(chi)寸很(hen)(hen)小.
